Ingredients for 4 people: 160 g. brown rice, 200 g. asparagus, 4 hard-boiled eggs, oil, salt, pepper, lemon
 
Cook the rice in salted water. When cooled and dried, put it in a dish and add asparagus tips previously boiled, drained and chopped. Season with oil, salt, pepper, lemon and decorate with slices of hard-boiled eggs. At leisure, you can also mix the rice chunks
of chicken and boiled thin slices of apple pippin.
