Ingredients for 5: French pastry 500 g, Toma Cheese 200 g, apples 100 g, speck 100 g, onions 70 g, 1 egg


Dice the toma cheese, cut the speck in strips, slice the apples and the onion. Brown the onion in a non-stick fry pan. Line a mould with the French pastry and place the ingredients combing layers of speck, toma cheese, onion and apple slices. Cover with a layer of French pastry, brush with egg yolk and bake at 170°C for 25 minutes.
