Typology: FIRST COURSES
Ingredients for 4: 1 onion and 2 calves of garlic, a pinch of parsley, a knob of butter, a few slices of toma valsesiana cheese, a few slices of stale brown bread, water, sage leaves
Brown the thinly cut onion, the garlic and parsley in butter with a few leaves of sage. Add water and bring to a boil. In the meantime, on a soup plate, alternate layers of bread slices with the toma cheese. Pour the hot broth in the plates and enjoy.
