Alpe Sattal is a pasture which offers unique emotions and a breathtaking view. From Church Square, follow the road towards the Square Hotel, shortly after the square on the right, cross the bridge that leads to the meadows of Zam T'achi and take the path that runs along the left bank of the Sesia and leads to the oldest villages of Alagna. The trail first passes through the hamlet Ponte and in a few minutes leads to the hamlet Pedemonte. Once in the Pedemonte walk along the paved road until you reach Ronco. From Ronco follow the sign in direction of Alpe Sattal; faithfully follow the path (n. 9) up to Alpe Campo plan where you have to take the detour to the right (signposted) that leads to Alpe Sattal. The route, which climbs from the start in a decisive manner, for good traits with steps, offering panoramic views worthy of a break on the Horns of Stofful, Valle d'Olen, Valle d'Otro and all fractions below including the old mine gold.
